According to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated May 2, 2006 №59-FZ “On Procedures for Appeals and Addresses from Citizens of the Russian Federation” electronically received appeals containing incomplete or inaccurate information about the sender, or where the name or return address is missing, are left without reply.
Appeals and addresses containing obscene or insulting language, threats to life, health and property of an official and members of his/her family will not be considered.
We recommend you to follow the above guidelines, to carefully submit the information (including postal code) and clearly state the subject of an appeal or address. This will significantly expedite the review of your application.
According to the Federal Law dated June 1, 2005 № 53-FZ “On the State Language of the Russian Federation”, Russian is the official language of the federal authorities. Therefore all the documents submitted to the Federal Service for Supervision over Public Health (Roszdravnadzor) should be in Russian.
